Dish 1- Shark's Fins served in hot stone pot
Accordingly to my parents, this is really good.
Well for me, i had a bowl of rice mixed with the shark's fins gravy...
Dish 2- Scallops (supposed to be abalone,but the staff said it is not available today, so they replaced by live scallops. Too bad....)
Dish 3 - Panfried kurobuta with black pepper sauce
Dish 4 - Vegetable
Dish 5 - Baked prawn noodle
And lastly... fruit platter for two....
